China National Fisheries Corp. Yantai Marine Fisheries Corp. Aquatic Products Processing Factory was established in 1958, it has two subordinate factories “Yantai Golden Hover Foods Processing Factory” and “Yantai New Ocean Food Processing Factory”, it’s a state-owned middle-size enterprise with an integrity of cold storage/ processing/ trading. Our fixed assets is USD9500,000.00, there’re 1600 staff including 210 technicians. The factory covers an area of 97000m2, in which building area is 95000m2. 　　We have been insisting on the principle of “Development and Creation, Standard management, Excellent quality, Reliable credit”, our target is to satisfy our customers. Relying on our high technology/ advanced processing facilities/ strict management/ proper quality control system/ reliable service, we are confident to win the market. 　　Our major products are frozen cod products/ frozen squid products/frozen sea shrimps, and dried seafood, such as seasoning shredded squid/ roast fish fillet/ calcium granule from fish bone / dried squid/ smoked squid, which are exported to Europe, USA, Japan, Korea and South-east Asia. 　　We have been working for “Top Quality, Top Management”, thanks to our high-tech process/ stable quality support/ perfect quality control system, we were granted ISO9002 quality certificate in October, 1997, in the same year we passed the registration of US HACCP quality system. We’re also among the first to be EU registered plants in 1999. We passed ISO9001:2000 certification in July 2003, finished registration with FDA in 2003. Our aquatic products for domestic market won the title of “safe crop” given by Shandong Quality & technology Superintendence Bureau. 　　We’ve been paying much attention to occupational health & safety administration, and strictly obeyed the laws and regulations concerned, trying to improve the working and living conditions for staff, actively developing advanced pattern of management, and finally passed OHSAS18001 certification of occupational health & safety administration system in May 2004, meanwhile we are among the first to get such certification in aquaculture line. 　　Our factory has successively imported high-tech processing facilities and refrigeration equipment from Canada/ Japan/ Korea/ Germany/ Italy.
